Items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of delivery.
Sale items [markdowns] can be returned for store credit only.
Final Sale items ending in $0.99 are non-returnable.
Gift returns are issued back as store credit.

Kindly return all merchandise to Golf4Her, even if your merchandise shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse and arrived in multiple packages. Otherwise, this will cause delay in processing your refund/exchange.
Start Your Return/Exchange:
A single return label is provided per order number, so please wait until you’ve received all items before initiating the return process. If you proceed with the return before receiving everything, you’ll be charged for each additional return label. Additionally, if you checked out as a guest, you won’t be able to receive a return label.
Unable to find your order in your account?
It’s likely that you checked out as a Guest. In that case, you’ll be responsible for returning the item, as we can’t process a return or exchange for Guest orders.
- Log into your account
- Find the order you wish to return and click the Return Items link.
- Specify the Qty To Return, Return Reason, and Return Action.
- If you are requesting a return label, please allow 24-hours for the Return to be approved and the label to be sent to your inbox.
- We are unable to provide return labels for oversized items such as golf bags and push carts. They are excluded from receiving free or pre-paid exchanges.
- Please allow 1-billing cycle from the time your item is received/processed to appear on your statement.

FAQs
1. What is the Return Period?
Returns/exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Can I Return/Exchange a Sale Item? Sale items can be returned for store credit only. You are responsible for the return of any sale item. Once your item is received, you will be notified that your credit has been issued. You will need to place an order for the new sale item.
3. Can I Return/Exchange a Final Sale Item? Items ending in $0.99 cannot be returned or exchanged. If final sale items are returned to us the merchandise will be donated.
4. How do I Return for Refund?
Please return your items to Golf4Her at the address below. If you would like a convenience return label, the $9.95 postage will be deducted from your refund ($12.95 deducted for shoe returns). Convenience labels cannot be provided for the return of large items such as golf bags or push carts. Use the Self Service option above to notify us of your return so our team can prepare your return label.
5. How do I make an Exchange
If you are exchanging a regular priced item, please use the Self Service portal to request your exchange. Please indicate the new size or color you need. We will provide you with a complimentary free return label. During peek seasons, we recommend placing a new order, as the item you need may sell out fast. If you are returning a sale item, please see instruction #2 above.
6. Do I have To Return The Free Gift Received with Purchase?
In the case your returned items cause your order's total value to fall below the threshold required to qualify for the complimentary gift, it will be necessary for you to return the free gift as well. This will ensure a smooth processing of your refund. Otherwise, the value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.
7. The item I need to exchange for is no longer available: Let us know and we can take a look to see if it's available.
8. Gift Returns - If you need to return/exchange an item you received as a gift, please Contact our Customer Concierge Team for assistance. We will provide you a pre-paid return label to return the merchandise. Once the merchandise is received, you will receive a e-certificate that can be used on a future order. Please have the order number or name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise available. Purchaser will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund. Items cannot be returned without an order number/receipt or the name of the person who gifted the item.

Note: Use the carrier of your choice with a tracking number. We are not responsible for missing packages. As the shipper, you are responsible to tracking missing parcels and filing claims if/when necessary.

Have an International Return/Exchange?
- International orders do not qualify for free return shipping.
- If you need to make an exchange, a new order must be placed.
- Items being shipped back to Golf4Her should be marked “Returns of no commercial value” for entry to the USA.
- Returns will not be accepted by Golf4Her.com if shipped COD (cash on delivery).
- It is recommended that packages are shipped insured and with signature required as the package is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches the Golf4Her Returns Department
- Credit will not be issued on any shipping or duty fees incurred for either the outgoing shipment or incoming shipment. This is the financial responsibility of the customer.
- If packages are refused by customer and returned to Golf4Her, merchandise will be refunded less the shipping costs.

Important Notes:

- Custom embroidery or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged (ie, Team logos, monogramed items, etc)
- Custom length B-Skinz Skorts (short/tall lengths) can be returned, the $10 customization charge is non-refundable.
- Items returned damaged or not suitable for re-sale will not be accepted. Golf4Her is not responsible for items that are damaged due to washing.
- Any item returned dirty, with make-up/tanning cream stains, pet hair, or perfume/cigarette fumes will be returned and not be accepted.
- Items that have been worn will not be accepted (we can tell) and returned back to you.
- Merchandise must be in their original, new and unworn condition along with the original packaging, paperwork, accessories (like undershorts) and tags must be attached. No exceptions.
