19th Hole: Sugar Cookie Martini

Posted by Golf4Her Social Team on Jan 8th 2021

To continue on the trend of getting those cookie flavors in martini form, we want to introduce the sugar cookie martini. This recipe is a fan favorite, especially for the wintertime and will be sure to sweeten up the new year in no time.

This recipe makes about 2 cocktails, but we know you’re going to want to double that, so we did the hard work for you.

Yields: 2 martinis (or 4 martinis)

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup whole milk (1 cup)
  • ¼ cup Baileys (½ cup)
  • 2 ounces vanilla vodka (4 ounces)
  • 2 ounces amaretto (4 ounces)
  • Ice
  • ½ cup vanilla frosting (1 cup)
  • ¼ cup sprinkles, plus 1 tsp, divided (½ cup sprinkles, plus 2 tsp, divided)
  • Pre-made sugar cookie dough

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll the sugar cookie dough to ¼” thick. Using a cookie cutter, or free hand, cut our desired shapes and place cookies on a prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden brown around the edges, approximately 12 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Using an offset spatula, spread a thin layer of vanilla frosting onto the rim of two martini glasses. Pour ¼ cup of sprinkles onto a small plate and dip the martini glasses into the sprinkles.
  3. Use an offset spatula to frost the cookies and decorate with the remaining sprinkles.
  4. In a cocktail shaker, combine milk, Baileys, vodka, and amaretto. Add ice and shake until cold. Pour into martini glasses and garnish rim with a cookie.

We hope you enjoy these recipes as much as we do!

Cheers to a sweet new year,
