1. Sponsor

The Golf4Her $500 Shopping Spree Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Golf4Her, LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 9 Broadway, Denville, New Jersey.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, subject to applicable state and local laws.

Employees, officers, and immediate family members of Golf4Her, LLC, and individuals residing in their households are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins October 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time and ends October 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Visit Golf4Her.com/pages/500-shopping-spree during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the official online entry form.

Entrants must provide their first name, last name, and valid email address.

• Limit one entry per person.
• No purchase or payment is required.
• Purchasing merchandise does not automatically enter a customer into the Sweepstakes.
• Purchasing merchandise does not increase the odds of winning.
• Email marketing subscription is optional and is not required to enter.

Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $500 Golf4Her digital gift card, redeemable toward eligible merchandise at Golf4Her.com.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500 USD.

The gift card will be issued electronically after winner verification and may be used immediately upon receipt.

The gift card has no expiration date and is subject to Golf4Her's applicable gift card terms.

The prize is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law, and cannot be exchanged or transferred except at Sponsor's discretion or as required by law.

No prize substitution will be permitted except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing is scheduled for October 30, 2026.

The potential winner will be notified by email using the address submitted on the entry form.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification to confirm eligibility and accept the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.

The prize will be delivered electronically following successful verification.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning.

No purchase or payment increases the odds of winning.

8. $10 Thank-You Shopping Offer

As a separate promotional thank-you, eligible entrants may receive the discount code TAKE10, providing $10 off a qualifying Golf4Her purchase of $75 or more.

• Valid through October 31, 2026.
• Minimum eligible merchandise purchase: $75.
• Limit one redemption per customer.
• Cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• Product and brand exclusions may apply.
• Not redeemable for cash or gift cards.

The TAKE10 offer is separate from the Sweepstakes prize. Redeeming or declining the offer has no effect on eligibility or odds of winning.

9. Taxes

The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting or using the prize.

Sponsor may request documentation reasonably required to comply with applicable tax reporting laws.

10. Privacy

Information collected through the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and deliver the prize.

Entrants may separately choose to subscribe to Golf4Her marketing communications. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect Sweepstakes eligibility.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Golf4Her's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who attempt to interfere with the entry process, submit fraudulent entries, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

If fraud, technical failures, unauthorized interference, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion, subject to applicable law.

If legally permitted and appropriate, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before such action.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or not received due to technical issues, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

12. Winner Information

After the drawing and winner verification, requests for the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence may be submitted to:

Requests must be received by November 30, 2026.

Information will be provided subject to applicable privacy laws.

13. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Acceptance of Rules

By entering, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Official Rules, subject to applicable law.
