Whether your order ships from our New Jersey showroom or directly from one of our trusted brand partners, we'll keep you informed every step of the way with shipping updates and tracking information. All orders ship from within the United States.

International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees required by their country. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing,

REDO is an optional return-shipping service available at checkout. When you add REDO to your order, unlimited free return shipping is included if you need to return or exchange an eligible item. 

If you choose not to purchase REDO, you may still make an eligible return. A return-label fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit. You may also use a carrier of your choice at your own expense.

REDO covers return shipping only. It does not change an item's return eligibility, return window, or refund method. Sale items remain eligible for store credit only, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Carriers - We ship using trusted carriers, including: USPS, UPS and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the warehouse, package size, and shipping method.

Order Tracking  - Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If your order ships in multiple packages, you'll receive a separate tracking email for each shipment.
