Return Eligibility
Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are new, unworn, unwashed, free of makeup, deodorant, or tanning products, and have the original tags attached. Items cannot be returned outside of this return window.

ABOUT REDO Return Coverage
REDO is an optional return-shipping service available at checkout. When you add REDO to your order, unlimited free return shipping is included if you need to return or exchange an eligible item.
If you choose not to purchase REDO, you may still make an eligible return. A return-label fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit. You may also use a carrier of your choice at your own expense.
REDO covers return shipping only. It does not change an item's return eligibility, return window, or refund method. Sale items remain eligible for store credit only, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
